Medxon delivered a complete turnkey execution of a multi-specialty Modular Operation Theatre suite at GHC Hospital in Mumbra.
The Engineering Challenge
The facility required a complete overhaul of its surgical wing to handle diverse orthopedic and general surgeries. The structure needed modern anti-microbial wall panels, integrated medical gas pipelines, and a sterile ventilation system fitting modern NABH standards within a tight layout.
Medxon's Executed Solution
- Antibacterial Wall Panels: Configured pre-fabricated modular wall and ceiling panels coated with anti-microbial protection.
- Medical Gas Pipeline Integration: Integrated gas alarms and terminal outlets for oxygen, nitrous oxide, and vacuum lines directly into the modular walls.
- Dedicated Air Handling Unit (AHU): Custom-engineered a high-static AHU with double-skin panels to supply constant air exchanges and optimal temperature control.
